Europe: Day 28 - Hyde
|
|
Sight seeing at Peak District. It was very cold and windy, but very beautiful country side. Head back home for lunch and rested for awhile. Aunt Noni and family sent me to the airport. I soon found out that my flight was delayed for one hour. I cant wait to balik, but yet I wished I could stay longer. Perhaps some other time ey? But will there be some other time?

Europe: Day 27 - Liverpool
|
|
|
Went to city for more last minute shopping. Finally found some pots and pans!! I almost forgot to buy him his 'This Is Anfield' posters, nasib baik!! Aunty Noni and family came, and we had lunch together at this really nice restaurant. Head to her place at Hyde soon after.

Europe: Day 26 - Stoke-On-Trent and Liverpool

hana: en route to stoke-on-trent

Headed for Stoke-On-Trent around noon to get Mum's decals, and back to Liverpool after that. Went out for coffee with Hana and her friends at Babycream (near Alberts Dock) then had dinner at China Town.

Europe: Day 25 - Manchester
|
|
|
Head to Manchester and met Aida and Azlina (Mahirah's sister) at the station. Went sight seeing around Manchester including Hard Rock, the stadium and Trafford Centre (in hope that I'd find something to buy). Had nasi goreng at Jati, and watched Phantom of the Opera movie, Hana belanja! Best eh??

Europe: Day 24 - Cheshire Oaks

The intention was to buy clothes for work, some cutleries and pots and pans for my own personal collection. Didnt end up buying much, haha! (Hm more like almost nothing, somehow bags and bags of tea doesnt really count.) Me and shopping dont go hand in hand, perhaps not yet!

Went for a haircut at the Toni & Guy Academy (did I spell it right?). Took the train to Liverpool soon after. Had dinner at Nando's to celebrate Henry's birthday.

Shaliza wasnt feeling well, so I thought it was best that I left earlier than planned so that she doesnt have to worry about me not having any activities!! Farrah waited for me at the Paddington station and we walked back to her place where I spent the night.

Went to the city centre for sight seeing. Sorry, dont quite remember the name of places or buildings! Had nasi goreng for lunch at 'Makan La'.

Europe: Day 20 - Oxford

Left Holland Park early in the morning, afraid that the tube might not be operational due to the New Year holiday. Head straight to Headington to Shaliza's place. (Babes, sorry for the confusion aa?) Shaliza had friends over for the night to celebrate Fakrul's birthday. We cooked nasi minyak and the lauks. Lotsa good food to eat in the company of good friends

Europe: Day 19 - Venice to London
|

We did a lot of waiting today, since we had to check out from the cabin by 10am and our flight was late afternoon. We arrived in Holland Park around 9pm after much delay at Stanstead airport and on the shuttle bus. Ate take out food from Nahar.
